Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration.

- Local storage: Our apps (Hybrid Tracker, Baseline) store data locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly sync it to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Training delivery: To provide personalized training programs based on KI scores, readiness assessments, and developmental stage.
- Safety monitoring: To identify athletes who may need mental health support (emotional state flagging) and to notify our Licensed Clinical Director when appropriate.
- Progress tracking: To track athlete development across the 6 pillars (Movement, Power, Rhythm, Recovery, Mental, Confidence).
- Communication: To respond to inquiries, send program updates, and share session information with parents/guardians.
- Service improvement: To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve our apps and training methodology.
3. Youth Athlete Data (COPPA Compliance)
We take the protection of children's data seriously. For athletes under the age of 13:
- We require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information.
- Parents/guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's data at any time.
- We do not condition participation on providing more data than is reasonably necessary.
- We do not share children's personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Emotional state data and clinical flags are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and are only accessible to authorized coaching staff and our Licensed Clinical Director.
4. Clinical Data
When an athlete reports an emotional state of 2 or below, this triggers a clinical flag visible only to our Licensed Clinical Director (Liz Loving Maurice, licensed in Oregon and Washington). Clinical interactions are subject to professional confidentiality standards and applicable state laws governing mental health practice.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Client-side apps: Hybrid Tracker and Baseline store data locally in your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device.
- Server-side data: When data is synced to our backend, it is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Video data: AiQ processes video using client-side pose detection (MediaPipe). Video frames are analyzed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save results.
- Access controls: Only authorized staff have access to athlete data. Parent portal access is limited to each parent's own child(ren).
6. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with the following third-party services when voluntarily connected by users:
- Garmin Connect: For importing HRV and heart rate data (subject to Garmin's privacy policy).
- STATSports / GPS pod providers: For importing sprint and GPS data from CSV exports.
- Netlify: Website hosting and form processing.
- Google Firebase: Backend services and data storage.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you or your child.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
