Speed Development for All Sports

The Operating System for Speed & Kinetic Intelligence

A coherent mind strengthens the body. We train for confidence. We use technology to create healthy memories. Ages 8-23, beginners to elite — JL.Speed develops the complete speed athlete.

Three Engines. One Closed Loop.

Diagnose where the athlete is. Develop applied speed intelligence. Optimize readiness and adaptation. Repeat.

Mind + Body

A coherent mind strengthens the body. We don't just train muscles — we train confidence. Every session is captured, every improvement recorded, every milestone celebrated.

Our technology creates healthy memories. It knows when to push harder, when to recover, and when an athlete needs mental health attention. Mind and body, working as one.

Kinetic Intelligence

Speed, rhythm, timing, coordination, and biomechanical efficiency under competitive conditions.

Coherence

When Structure (AIQ) + Mechanics (Hybrid) + Physiology (Baseline) align — KI emerges.

Healthy Memories

Technology captures improvement. Confidence grows from evidence, not just encouragement.

The 3 Core Drills

Every speed athlete starts here. Three foundational movements that form their own closed loop — the integration of sprinting.

01

Jump Rope

Ground Contact & Rhythm

Stiff ankles, no bend at the knee. Builds ankle elasticity, ground contact stiffness, and rhythmic tempo — the foundation of efficient sprinting.

02

A-Skip Over Cones

Knee Drive & Tempo

Iso knee drive to progressive rhythm. Builds hip flexion, coordination, and tempo awareness — the bridge between contact and speed.

03

Sprint Progression

Applied Speed

10m, 20m, 30m, 60m. First two steps are everything. Violent contralateral arm action, push take-off, shin angle prep for drive phase. Hips tall, knees up.
